Recruitment School educates chapter leaders on techniques to recruit the future of Alpha Gamma Rho. It is a hands-on workshop facilitated by Phired Up, a nationally recognized organizational growth and development specialist, geared towards collegiate and alumni members involved in a chapter's recruitment efforts. Participants dedicate time to develop and refine recruitment techniques, analyzing nationwide trends to develop best practices and recruitment events, maximizing the ability to recruit future leaders to the chapter. Attendees walk away with a recruitment plan of action that uses best practices from other Greek organizations, geared towards Alpha Gamma Rho.
